At GearGains, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase provided. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened supplements, used recovery tools such as foam rollers or massage tools, or worn clothing unless the item is faulty. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue so we can arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost. If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return the item within the 30-day window, however return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer and original shipping fees are non-refundable. To begin return, please email support@geargains.fit with your order number and reason for return, and our team will provide you with the next steps. Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and issued back to your original payment method. If you have not received your refund after this time, we recommend checking with your bank or payment provider before contacting us for further assistance.
